I'm an Integrative Health Coach with a deep fascination in the power of habits and and making sustainable changes, especially when change is hard. Over the years, I’ve come to believe something simple but profound: most people already have a sense of what they need to do to feel healthier, happier, and more balanced, whether it's eating more mindfully, moving their body regularly, or creating space for rest. The challenge isn’t knowing what to do. It’s bridging the gap between knowing and doing.
That’s where I come in. Through a collaborative, non-judgmental process grounded in empathy and curiosity, I help clients bridge the gap between intention and action—one small, consistent habit at a time.
Change is hard, but it’s also possible. I have great confidence in your ability to change. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to walk beside you, ask meaningful questions, reflect, and help you uncover your own motivation for change. They work with clients to identify the underlying emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors that influence health, empowering them to make sustainable changes across all areas of their life for lasting results.
Integrative health coaching helps you make sustainable changes that support long-term health and well-being. By focusing on lasting behavior change, it empowers you to improve physical health, manage stress, and enhance emotional well-being. Clients often experience increased energy, better sleep, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of balance, all while building habits that can be maintained for the long haul.
During our sessions, we will explore your health history, current habits, goals, and challenges. We will work together to create a personalized plan, set achievable goals, and address any obstacles. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your health and wellness journey.

The number of sessions depends on your individual goals and needs. Some clients may benefit from just a few sessions, while others prefer a longer-term commitment. We will work together to decide on a plan that suits your journey.
Before your first session, take some time to reflect on your health goals, challenges, and any questions you may have. You may also be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire so I can better understand your current situation and needs.
